Neighbourhood trips

BuzetBuzet lies in northern inland Istria on a hill above the Mirna valley. Its fortified Old Town, stone lanes and panoramic setting define the town, while the height difference between the lower and upper districts is an important part of a visit.

The footpath to the Buzet - Old TownOld Town links the lower approach with the historic core. Steps and paved sections climb beside the slope towards the walls and Vela Gate, clearly revealing how high the old town stands above its surroundings.
