Medulin is a seaside visitor centre at the southern tip of Istria, developed around a shallow sheltered bay south-east of Pula. The older settlement on slightly higher ground is complemented by extensive coastal areas with greenery, accommodation and bathing places, so the town shifts in character from an everyday local centre to a holiday coast.
Arena Hotel Holiday is a family-oriented hotel in southern Medulin, set in a green visitor district between
Bijeca Beach and the coast near Alba Chiara. Parkland and coastal paths separate it from the central waterfront, giving the immediate surroundings a more open and quieter character than the centre of town.
The gallery begins with the approach, parking areas and main entrance, then shows the low hotel building, its balconies, lawns and mature trees. The exterior photographs deliberately distinguish the hotel grounds from accommodation structures farther east whose operator cannot be identified reliably from the images and which are therefore not presented as part of the hotel.
Inside, the photographs cover the refurbished reception and bright lobby, seating areas, bar and terrace. A separate group presents guest rooms with simple contemporary furnishings and a bathroom. These images document the arrangement and appearance at the time of the visit, not specific room categories or current availability.
On the seaward side are a larger outdoor seawater pool and a smaller children's pool, with views back towards the hotel façade, lawns and park. The six gallery sections retain a clear sequence: arrival, exterior, interior, guest rooms, swimming pools, and the park and recreation area.
The photographed grounds include paths, play equipment, miniature golf and open green spaces. Their seasonal access and operation may change. Nearby
Alba Chiara Beach is treated as a destination in its own right and is not included in the hotel gallery.
