Osor is a historical settlement and a small port located on the island of Cres. It is located in the southwestern part of the island along a narrow and shallow channel. Already in the time of the Romans, the spillway was deepened and a narrow channel was built over which a swing bridge was built.
The bridge, which today represents a tourist attraction, enables further traffic to the settlements located on the island of Losinj, such as Nerezine, Mali Losinj, Veli Losinj. There are many restaurants, inns, taverns, taverns, bistros, buffets and pizzerias on the island of Cres and Losinj. Guests can enjoy a rich and varied culinary offer. The specialties are based on seafood, dishes made according to traditional recipes, aromatic herbs and olive oil, which represent the main characteristics of the cuisine of this area.
