Novigrad is a small town and port located on the western coast of the Istrian Peninsula. It is the seat of the eponymous municipality and administratively belongs to the Istria County. The best beaches in Novigrad are Maestral Beach, the Town Beach, Karpinjan Beach, Rivarela Beach, Laguna Beach, Mareda Beach, and Pineta Beach. The Town Beach is located in the very center of Novigrad. Surrounded by historic walls, it offers visitors an authentic experience of swimming and sunbathing. The beach is accessible via a walk through the narrow streets of the old town, which adds a special charm. It is a concrete and stone beach, 430 meters long and 23 meters wide, with spacious areas ideal for sunbathing, relaxed reading, or socializing.
