Lapidarium - Baroque Pauline Portal

The lapidarium at Kastel is not an enclosed museum but a series of stone monuments distributed around the historic complex.

The Baroque portal of 1737 leads into the former monastery and hotel courtyard. Two ancient stone fragments form its base, while a replica of the Pauline order’s coat of arms stands above it; the original is preserved in the Crikvenica Town Museum.
