Kastel - Lapidarium

Stone traces from several periods of Crikvenica’s history survive around Kastel.

Crikvenica’s lapidarium is a collection of stone monuments within the grounds of Hotel Kastel. It developed informally rather than as a conventional museum collection; the name has been used since the hotel opened in 1986, while most objects from the 17th to 20th centuries stand in the north courtyard, park, atrium and churchyard.

The visit can continue at Hotel Kastel or Former Pauline monastery, two nearby points in the same part of town.
