Lapidarium - Statue of St John of Nepomuk

The stone monuments of Crikvenica’s lapidarium occupy several sites between Hotel Kastel, its park and the church.

The stone statue of St John of Nepomuk, patron saint of bridges, was made in 1930 for the old bridge over the Dubracina. Before that bridge was demolished, the statue was moved in late 1937 to its present position by the Kastel courtyard portal and restored in 1988.

The visit can continue at Lapidarium at Hotel Kastel or Coat of arms of Austria-Hungary, two nearby points in the same part of town.
