Tkalciceva Street is the most charming vibrant street in Zagreb. It is filled with traditional shops, small boutiques, cafes and restaurants. In the past, it was the first real red light district in Europe.

At the beginning of the street, you can see the statue of Mary Juric Zagorka, a well-known Zagreb journalist and the sundial that always shows the right time and. It is one of the top town places for everyday meeting, drinking coffee and daily gossip. You can also shop at the traditional shops and local boutiques.
It it the best place to kick off the night with friends. You can have a pub or bar crawl as everything is close by. Tkalca Street is accessible on foot from Zagreb ban Jelacic square. Just go north pass the famous Dolac Market.
