Buzet - Old Town Bakery

Buzet is an old administrative, trading and craft centre of northern Istria. Within the compact Old Town, storage, water, workshops and food preparation formed part of the residents’ everyday supply.

The Old Town Bakery is a museum and craft display at a former bakery site. Its information panel points out the preserved original oven used for bread and other baked goods; the gallery shows the entrance, signs and bakery setting.
